On the morning of 23 December 2025, Hàng Xanh unit officers used enforcement cameras and information supplied by residents to record and notify 41 motorbikes for entering banned sections of Phạm Văn Đồng and travelling the wrong way on Đặng Thùy Trâm. In addition, camera evidence identified 135 cars improperly stopped or parked at restricted locations, including narrow road sections, junctions, outside schools and hospitals.
